Dubbed “That Food Guy” in a public photo at the Austin City Limits Music Festival in 2007, Mike has embraced his role as food enthusiast ever since.
But in 2019, Mike is taking on a new challenge: That Food Guy Saves the World.
By focusing on locally sourced ingredients, minimizing his own carbon footprint, eliminating single-use plastics, and embarking on a zero-waste challenge for the year, That Food Guy hopes to do what he can to change the world.
